Not every non-alcoholic brand is chasing the same goal, and Aplós “proxy” cocktails are built not to mimic existing drinks in the alcohol world, but to blaze their own path forward. The Florida-based company has built its reputation on functional, botanically-driven drinks that do something, with adaptogens, nootropics, and mood-supporting ingredients that give you a reason to reach for them beyond just skipping the booze. Their Dragon Fruit Martini is maybe the brand's most playful release to date, and quite possibly their most impressive.
