The annual Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo convenes in Indianapolis, Indiana from April 28th through May 1st.

The Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America will be hosted in Indianapolis this Spring, featuring a diverse agenda of topics that reflect both the evolving landscape and challenges facing the brewing industry. N/ATION will be providing coverage of this year’s annual event, with a focus toward reporting on the topics most relevant to the non-alcoholic and THC spaces. Panel discussions center around a number of different tracks such as Statistics & Trends, Marketing & Branding, and Quality & Ingredients, each focused on a particular facet of the business.

Craft brewing has seen signs of decline in recent years after rapid growth the previous decade, which coupled with more consumers choosing to moderate their alcohol intake has resulted in many headwinds. But like in any industry, embracing change and learning to move where your customers are heading is critical for survival. This year’s industry gathering is sprinkled with sessions to help brewers understand a broader range of options in these transitional times, including panels examining the trends powering consumer beverage preferences (Decoding Consumer Preferences For Alcohol and Non-Alcohol Beverages), how to incorporate non-beer products like hop waters (Market Proof Hop Water), and making THC beverages (Building THC Into Your Business).

Beyond the educational sessions, the adjoining BrewExpo promises to be full of providers working with brewers to innovate and elevate the industry through this critical phase of its existence, which includes a broader spectrum of beverages than ever before. We look forward to being a part of the conference, just as the industry has embraced the low-and-no alcohol segment as a development that’s here to stay. Will you be attending? Please reach out to us, as we’d love to meet up!
