De Soi (pronounced ‘de-swah’) was co-founded by music star Katy Perry and Master Distiller Morgan McLachlan, offering a unique take on a non-alcoholic apéritif designed to elevate social occasions with sophisticated flavors and botanical infusions. De Soi currently comes in one of four distinct flavors; Purple Lune, Golden Hour, Spritz Italiano, and Très Rosé, each aiming to provide a refined and complex drinking experience, appealing to those seeking mindful indulgence.
Perhaps our favorite of the De Soi portfolio, Purple Lune ventures into a richer, more intense flavor profile than the others with a deep and earthy blend. The blackberry delivers a dark, jammy light sweetness, balanced by a subtle herbaceous finish. There are hints of a complex, almost medicinal bitterness, grounding the sweetness and creating a sophisticated, layered flavor. A little less traditional than its siblings, we loved Purple Lune for its flavor strength and bolder mouthfeel. For added flavor, consider adding some non-alcoholic bitters, such as All The Bitter’s New Orleans’ flavor.
