Hailing from Los Angeles and bursting with west coast energy, Roadie celebrates a certain lifestyle with a tongue-in-cheek pitch: a classic, crisp, zero alcohol brew that you can drink safely while on the road. The branding leans hard into vintage American car culture, and it works, with a throwback, no-frills vibe that immediately reads as familiar. It’s like the light beer your father used to crack open after mowing the lawn, only your father's light beer likely wasn’t 0.0% alcohol and zero calories. Roadie is brewed with real malted barley and hops, and their fun, car companion positioning comes with a genuine commitment behind it, as Roadie donates to organizations working to curb drunk and distracted driving.

Given the zero-calorie stat, we honestly walked into this one bracing for a hop water dressed up in beer packaging, and that's not what we got. Roadie is still very much a light beer. Don't expect anything hop-forward or assertive here, but there's more going on than a seltzer or sparkling water pretending to be something else. It lands in that narrow, useful lane between the two, with enough malt character and body to read as an actual beer, light enough to be genuinely crushable, and just enough flavor to satisfy the craving a hop water can't quite scratch.
